Learning how to enjoy life takes practice. Happiness is not about getting or achieving all we want. It is all about enjoying life to the fullest with all we have and all we are. If we are always wanting and needing something, we realise that we cannot fill the void and miss what we already have. "To be happy" is not in the future, nor dynamic. Happiness is simple and in the now. When we breathe in that moment and give love and thanks to everything around us and to ourselves, we become aware of the happiness which is always within us.
